Annihilate Conflict

When you are in a harmonious environment, your mind picks up any excuse to be in conflict. Often small things are enough to create a big turmoil. Have you noticed this?
When your survival is at stake, you don't complain that nobody loves you. But when you are safe and secure, you start demanding attention. Many people create conflict in order to get attention.
Ask yourself this question: Do you seek harmony in every situation, or do you seek to widen the differences and prove your righteousness?
The seed of negativity and the tendency for conflict in you can be annihilated only by sadhana.

Sri Sri Ravishanker

I got this words in an email from one of my dearest friend....kudos to devooty..I just love this words..I am really able to correlate these stuff..in those happenings in my life which had left my mind empty and gloomy for some days.
And when friends like her are around who could even read my silence and come up with such a quote,I feel so happy...so happy for no reason.

good thought certainly good thought but i dont go by it and differ int he veiw. but accept it is a good thought. but does good and bad exits. heiehei every thing is good and everything is bad. happy is a relative term is int it. we can be happy with no reason and enjoy it but why dont we feel teh same for being sad for no reason or with reason

Hi, I tried to post earlier, but it wouldn`t post, so here I am trying again. I have read a lot of your posts and can see that you put a lot of your thinking into them. Yes, some do cause their own problems just to get attention. I never enjoyed listening to someone who just complains to get attention, but I do care enough to listen and help a friend with their troubles if I can. True problems are worth the effort, but fake ones just waste good energy that could be used to accomplish something good. I think our own attitude towards things can either make our problems seem less important or more important. Wake up and smile and start your day off on a happy tune and problems will be much easier to handle. Wake up and frown and you could make your whole day seem bad.
Life goes by so fast, lets give away smiles as often as we can. It just might be the only bright spot in someones day. Have you ever noticed that more people return your smile, than those who do not. And look how much better we feel when we receive their smiles.

it is my pleasure water drum.

yes happiness is a matter of choice but do that really exits. is it not a mirage. sadness is also a happiness if it is viewed as happiness. and the happiness can be a sadness also

so it is a choice i agree with you with a difference - both are not real.
